Announcement PDF Sign-up and log into ADN’s Investor Hub Andromeda successfully raises $3.04 million Andromeda Metals Limited (ASX: ADN) (Andromeda, the Company) is pleased to announce it has raised $3.04 million in capital (before costs) via its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) and placement of ordinary shares. As previously announced, the SPP was offered to eligible shareholders1 and was targeting approximately $3 million (before costs) with the ability for the Company to accept over subscriptions at its discretion. The Company is pleased to report that the SPP was well-supported with a total of 342 shareholders participating in the offer. Following completion of the SPP and the Company applying its discretion to accept certain applications to non-related parties within its placement capacity, a total of $3,044,576 before costs was raised, as follows: • $2.94 million via the SPP; and • $102,000 using the Company’s discretion under Section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 and within the Company’s placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 at an issue price of $0.0059 (being the same issue price as the SPP), representing a total of 17,288,138 shares. Following settlement, these funds will be applied towards: • the advancement of the Company’s High Purity Alumina (HPA) Project, including supporting completion of a Pre-feasibility study (PFS); and • for general working capital and costs of the capital raise.
