In addition, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 3 October 2024. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (ACST) on 3 October 2024 at the Company’s registered office. Further, under clause 61.1 of the Constitution, the nomination of a candidate must be proposed by at least 50 shareholders or by a group of shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes that can be cast at a general meeting. Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
